Ora had reserved space in a practice room down the long hallway of the Musical Arts floors. She had pulled out her new music book titled "You Raise Me Up" by Lena Park. She pulled out the CD that was supposed to have the accompaniment on it and pushed into her Boom Box which she had brought along. Click here to Hear the songShe began to sing and her voice belted out the open door to the practice room and echoed down the empty corridor.

"You Raise me up, to walk on stormy seas; I am strong, when I am on your shoulders; You raise me up, to more then I can be.
There is no life - No life without it's hunger; Each restless heart, beats so imperfectly, When you are here, and I am filled with wonder, Sometimes I think, I glimpse eternity..." Ora's had her eyes closed as she sang, remembering the words as the scrolled through her head like a portable teleprompter. She could hear her own voice echoing off the walls and felt joy and pride as her beautiful voice filled the early morning air with a kind of ominous happiness that filled her to the core.

Riley was so amazed by her voice, it reminded her of her mom when she used to sing.

"-You raise me up...to more...then I can beeeeee." She sang the final note and breathed out as she finished, nodding in approval as the song's cords finished and she turned to get another book, "Oh." She was startled to see Riley in the doorway, "Hey."

"Thanks." Ora smiled, "Want to choose what I sing next? It can be almost anything, though I know more of certain genres."

"I know a variety of country song, mainly because they are easy to sing, and classic rock, pop, almost anything. I don't sing R&B or Hip Hop though." Ora explained, flipping through her book and occasionally stopping to look over the music, she motion to the 2 large bags she had, "This is a sort of filing system, the music in the Orange bag has been perfected and perform while the music in the red bag still needs some touching up, you're free to look through either bag."
